Start the day on right foot with a 45 minute class.

LUNCH YOGA
Boost your energy and restore your mental capacity with a 30, 45 or 60 minute session over lunch.
YOGA PM
Wind down from work and get ready for the evening with a 45, 60 or 90 minute session. Head home relaxed and energized.
YOGA BREAK
Take a break during a corporate event such as a convention, seminar or training session, to boost motivation, creativity, cognition and energy.
